This is a front line support role, directly accountable for coordinating activities for centers with child care assistance programs. In this role, you will ensure compliance with federal, state and local agencies and company policies and procedures. You will also provide exemplary customer service to field operations and government agencies.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Align to company and subsidy tuition strategy, goals, and objectives; effectively adapt to change </li><li>Acquire agency contracts and review all agency requirements </li><li>Process and maintain authorizations; partner with centers and agencies to secure reimbursements </li><li>Complete accounts receivable transfers and discounts; compile weekly details and update field operations </li><li>Review attendance documents and complete billing process in accordance with agency guidelines </li><li>Reconcile payments to accounts receivable, complete AR adjustments, address re-bill and/or refund opportunities </li><li>Follow up on all account receivables and prepay balances until fully resolved </li><li>Prepare and distribute reports, monitor for unusual items and resolve and/or raise issues as appropriate </li><li>Audit and reconcile center financial records and complete appropriate adjustments </li><li>Maintain and store subsidy records in accordance with agency guidelines and company policies and procedures </li><li>Form effective relationships with internal and external partners, including field operations and child care agencies </li><li>Maintain customer focus and participate in huddle calls and center director meetings </li><li>Prepare audit documentation and report notifications of agency audits </li><li>Demonstrate full ownership for assigned centers </li><li>Perform all functions in a timely and accurate manner </li><li>Other related duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>High School diploma required </li><li>Bookkeeping, billing, and accounts receivable experience preferred </li><li>10-key proficiency </li><li>Strong digital literacy covering financial systems and general office software, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email </li><li>Highly engaged, with confirmed skills in customer service, professionalism, conflict resolution, and collaboration </li><li>Professional verbal and written communication skills </li><li>Effective personal organizational skills and skills in learning agility </li><li>Work independently, Analytical and problem-solving skills </li><li>Ability to meet deadlines in a timely manner by prioritizing work in multi-task environment </li><li>Ability to work overtime hours as vital and withstand long periods of sitting and frequent use of computer and telephone </li><li>Occasional overnight travel required, travel between alternate center and office locations on occasion </li></ul> <p>Our benefits meet you where you are.
