Key duties include analysis of direct shipments of lcoholic liquor to consumers in Kansas and referring unlawful shipment for further investiation, managing enforcement equipment and property, handling various administrative tasks, supporting ABC agents and office staff. Must be self-motivated, able to work independently with instruction, detail-oriented, a strong multitasker, tech-savvy, and enjoy working with a wide variety of people.</p> <p>https://www.ksrevenue.gov/pd/K0241183.pdf</p> <p>Qualifications:</p> <p>Education: High school diploma or equivalent.</p> <p>Minimum Qualifications: Four years of experience in general office, clerical and administrative support work. Education may be substituted for experience as determined relevant by the agency.</p> <p>Preferred Experience: Prefer experience working with the Statewide Management Accounting and Reporting Tool (SMART) system and proficient with Microsoft Excel.</p> <p>Preferred Skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, proofreading, editing, and attention to detail.
