Approves the filing or disapproves and identifies the defects and deficiencies. Determines if defects require a rejection of the filing or if corrections can be achieved through supplemental submissions. </li><li>Updating existing business entity email address, principal office/mailing address, manager/officer address, or FEI/EIN submitted electronically to the Division of Corporations. </li><li>Prepping documents for filing and assist in maintaining an inventory of documents received waiting to be processed. </li><li>Receiving and processing payments. </li><li>Performs other work related duties as required. </li></ul> <p>CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECKS: A Level 2 criminal background check is a condition of employment.
