The Physical Therapist works within a multidisciplinary team to assess, treat, and create individualized therapy plans that promote mobility, independence, and functional skills for students. The role includes working with students to improve their motor skills, coordination, strength, and overall physical functioning to ensure access to the education curriculum.</p> <p>This position will be part-time; 2 days per week.</p> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Appropriate CT certification / licensing required. </li><li>Master's degree in Physical Therapy or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT). </li><li>Experience working with children or in a school-based setting is preferred. </li><li>Strong understanding of IEP development and related documentation preferred. </li><li>Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team. </li><li>Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with students, parents, and school staff. </li></ul> <p>Application Procedure: Please Apply Online: http://applitrack.com/coventry/onlineapp</p> <p>EOE</p>
