This structure ensures alignment between sales strategy, operations, and enablement initiatives to drive sales productivity and efficiency.</p> <p>Growth and development are important aspects of this position. Whether you aspire to be a leader or a technical expert, this position will set you up for success in the future.</p> <p>Primary Responsibilities</p> <p>This position will provide support and training to our Showroom teams across the country, provide analysis to distributor leadership, and collaborate with multiple departments at our corporate offices to deliver projects to meet deadlines. Core responsibilities will include:</p> <p>Lead Training & Development</p> <ul> <li>Deliver engaging technical and soft-skills training for showroom consultants and managers </li><li>Help teams execute a luxury customer experience </li><li>Provide structured, empathetic coaching and follow-up </li><li>Facilitate presentations at Showroom Manager & Consultant Conferences </li></ul> <p>Support Showroom Operations</p> <ul> <li>Conduct showroom support visits annually </li><li>Maintain strong partnerships with Showroom Managers & their teams </li><li>Build trusted relationships with distributor leadership and showroom teams </li><li>Support new consultant onboarding and additional training visits as needed </li></ul> <p>Drive Process Improvement</p> <ul> <li>Learn current showroom and sales processes; identify gaps and opportunities </li><li>Ask the right questions to uncover root causes </li><li>Develop solutions, build implementation plans, and execute them </li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally with Inside Sales, TSMs, and Operations </li><li>Influence without authority through trust and credibility </li></ul> <p>Analyze & Report Performance</p> <ul> <li>Track Purchase Funnel effectiveness through Power BI and Microsoft Dynamics </li><li>Review quarterly PTP performance and identify trends </li><li>Share insights and recommendations with showroom leaders </li><li>Evaluate training effectiveness and refine content based on outcomes </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or equivalent experience </li><li>Strong presence and confidence leading group training sessions </li><li>Empathetic, structured communicator </li><li>Curious, relationship-focused, and highly collaborative </li><li>Strategic thinker and problem solver </li><li>Ability to influence without authority </li><li>Strong analytical mindset </li><li>Microsoft Office Suite proficiency </li><li>Ability to travel domestically up to 40% of the year </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>2+ years of sales operations, customer service, or marketing experience </li><li>Experience developing and executing professional training programs </li><li>Experience collecting and acting on trainee feedback </li><li>Technical proficiency with Power BI and Microsoft Dynamics </li></ul> <p>We value our employees by providing:</p> <ul> <li>Competitive compensation based on skills </li><li>Industry leading health, dental, and vision plans </li><li>Generous 401 (K) savings and profit sharing </li><li>On-site UW Health clinic, fitness center, and walking paths </li><li>Education assistance and internal training programs </li><li>Electric vehicle charging </li><li>Maternity & paternity leave </li><li>Interested in learning more on our robust benefits package we offer?
