All of our system institutions place strong emphasis on service - helping to build healthier, more educated communities in South Carolina and beyond.</p> <p>Inclusive Excellence Statement</p> <p>Advertised Job Summary</p> <p>The Research Coordinator will work across the College's research enterprise to facilitate the collection, analysis, and reporting of data for academic and external clients.</p> <p>Minimum Qualifications (Classified and Unclassified positions)</p> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Experience analyzing social media trends and producing professional reports. </li><li>Experience using enterprise social media analytics software (e.g., Quid, Sprinklr, Brandwatch, etc.) </li><li>Knowledge of and experience conducting advanced Boolean searches. </li><li>Understanding of social media and of social media analytics. </li><li>Graphic design background (e.g., Adobe Suite) </li><li>Experience with data science languages (e.g., Python, R) </li></ul> <p>Knowledge/Skills/Abilities</p> <ul> <li>Organized, detail oriented, enterprising self-starter with an aptitude for technology, a deep understanding of social media, and a strong strategic understanding of social listening. </li><li>Excellent written skills and a proven ability to meet tight deadlines. </li><li>Verbal communication skills including the ability to do presentations and speak to academic classes. </li><li>An open, collaborative approach. </li><li>Technical capabilities must be balanced with communications acumen and an awareness of emerging trends across all relevant fields. </li><li>Ability to learn quickly and take initiative. </li></ul> <p>Job Close Date</p> <p>04/12/2026</p> <p>Special Instructions to Applicant</p> <p>Positions are advertised for a minimum of five (5) business days on our job website.
