This role blends asset protection with high-end customer service, requiring professionalism, discretion, and strong situational awareness.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Maintain a visible yet discreet presence; professionally greet clients and staff </li><li>Monitor entrances, exits, and sales areas to prevent theft or disruptions </li><li>Conduct routine patrols (sales floor, fitting rooms, stock areas) </li><li>Respond quickly to suspicious activity, incidents, or emergencies </li><li>Assist with store operations (opening/closing, alarms, escorts, deliveries) </li><li>Complete accurate incident and daily activity reports </li><li>Communicate effectively with management, team members, and law enforcement </li><li>Support a safe, welcoming environment aligned with luxury brand standards </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:Required:</p> <ul> <li>Valid New York State Security Guard License </li><li>1-2 years of security experience </li><li>Professional appearance, demeanor, and communication skills </li><li>Ability to stay calm in fast-paced or high-pressure situations </li><li>Flexible availability for rotating schedules </li></ul> <p>Preferred:</p> <ul> <li>Experience in luxury retail, loss prevention, or similar environments </li><li>All candidates must first come to the office for an initial interview prior to meeting with the client </li><li>Please arrive to the interview dressed in business professional attire </li></ul> <p>NY #110000478904</p> <p>Education Requirements (All)</p> <p>HS Diploma</p> <p>GED or H.S.
