<p>The Department of Business Administration and Economics at Simpson College is seeking to fill an in-person adjunct position in Economics. This position will begin in August of 2026. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to:</p> <ul> <li>Teach one course, Econ 344 Money and Banking, during the Fall 2026 term. The candidate may have the opportunity to teach in the Sports Science and Health Education department (SPSC-300: Sport Finance). </li><li>Simpson is a private, nationally recognized college in the vibrant Des Moines metropolitan area. Simpson College's three-week May Term gives instructors the opportunity to design and lead innovative courses, experiential learning, and travel abroad. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Candidates with a Master's or PhD in Accounting or Economics are preferred. Candidates with an MBA and 18 graduate credits in Accounting or Economics will be considered.
