<p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Supervise and manage the accounting department personnel. </li><li>Maintain general ledgers for all Rhode Island properties, including sportsbook and I gaming operations </li><li>Oversee monthly close process </li><li>Aid in the preparation of monthly financial statements. </li><li>Prepare quarterly reporting packages due to corporate </li><li>Oversee the collections of inter-track settlements. </li><li>Maintain contract files. </li><li>Balance monthly cash accounts. </li><li>Reconcile all balance sheet accounts </li><li>Analyze various monthly general ledger accounts. </li><li>Prepare and maintain monthly Sales Tax reports. </li><li>Responsible for all remittances to the Rhode Island Lottery </li><li>Responsible for federal and state remittances to the Department of Treasury and State of Rhode Island, respectively </li><li>Responsible for submissions of marketing reimbursement packages to the Rhode Island Lottery </li><li>Responsible for maintaining accounting policies and procedures </li><li>Coordinates with shared services for accounting processes handled by Corporate including payroll, fixed assets, leases and income taxes </li><li>Yearly filing of IRS reports: W2G, 1099's and 1042's. </li><li>Backup for daily cash reporting. </li><li>Backup for wire transfer </li><li>Reconcile Keno reports for reimbursement of bankroll. </li><li>Backup for Database maintenance of tote information. </li><li>Handle all audits of Pension plans for various unions. </li></ul> <p>Target Salary Range: $135,000</p> <p>Bally's Lincoln Casino Resort: About | LinkedIn</p> <p>Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
