Join our team and play a vital role in supporting patients through their health journey. In this important clinical role, you'll prepare patients for office visits and procedures, escort them to exam rooms, take and document vital signs, and update medical histories in the electronic medical record. You'll work closely with our providers to assist with treatments, and post-visit care instructions. Your empathy, clinical skills, and dedication will help create a welcoming, supportive environment for patients managing both accute and chronic conditions. Be a part of a collaborative team committed to helping patients breathe easier and live healthier lives!</p> <p>What you will do:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Prepares exam and treatment rooms. Prepares patients for examination and treatment.</p> </li><li> <p>Obtains pertinent history, enters into the medical record including chief complaint, medical and surgical history, allergies, medications, and appropriate review of systems, and takes/documents patient vital signs.</p> </li><li> <p>Processes and files all lab/diagnostic test results, correspondence, clinical notes in patients' chart after they have been reviewed by the physician.</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinates patient flow in the office.
