Ensure that permitting and land use requirements are met for properties acquired.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Independently perform moderately complex property transactions involving raw land, commercial, industrial, and other property, including purchase and sale of property, purchase and sale of easements. </li><li>Perform company-related property permitting through projects and interactions with internal and external customers and jurisdictions, with or without aid of a consultant. </li><li>Manage a number of transactions. </li><li>Manage and/or engage in projects that involve inter-disciplinary teams across internal business units. </li><li>Perform project tracking, reporting, including regulatory submissions, data requests and fiscal reporting. </li><li>Review and develop documents such as purchase and sale agreements, easements, leases, rights of entry and other associated documents. </li><li>Participate in public interactions and communication through formal and informal presentations to various groups, representing department and company. </li><li>Ensure that property transactions are performed and documented per company and department policies and meet corporate governance and other reporting requirements. </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field; or the equivalent combination of education and experience. </li><li>A minimum of three years' experience performing commercial real estate transactions. </li><li>Ability to effectively manage a portfolio of varied tasks/projects, while also focusing on detail. </li><li>Communication and interpersonal skills involving the ability to establish and maintain relationships with internal and external parties. </li><li>Ability to work with all organizational levels to influence actions and negotiate outcomes. </li><li>Ability to listen and communicate effectively through oral and written means. </li><li>Proficient with the use of personal computers to gather, analyze and summarize data. </li><li>Ability to read and evaluate property-related legal descriptions, documents, and maps. </li></ul> <p>Additional Information</p> <p>Req Id: 114173</p> <p>Company Code: PacifiCorp #PM25</p> <p>Primary Location: SALT LAKE CITY, UT</p> <p>Department: Power Delivery</p> <p>Schedule: FULL TIME</p> <p>Personnel Subarea: Exempt</p> <p>Hiring Range: $78,500 - $101,500</p> <p>This position is eligible for an annual discretionary performance incentive bonus of up to 12.00% of salary.</p> <p>Benefits: Health care, retirement, paid time off, tuition assistance, paid short-term and long-term disability, paid bereavement leave.
