Join our team at a 6-bed residential group home, where you'll provide direct nursing care to medically frail individuals with disabilities. You'll have the opportunity to build strong relationships and make a meaningful impact in a nurturing, team-oriented environment!</p> <p>What You Will Do</p> <ul> <li> <p>Provide direct nursing care, including PEG tube medications and feedings, wound care, catheter/colostomy care, nebulizer treatments, and administration rescue and routine medications (oral and topical).</p> </li><li> <p>Monitor and document changes in individuals' health status, ensuring compliance with state and agency protocols.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with direct care staff to support daily care needs on the floor, including hygiene and ADLs, and maintain a safe, high-quality environment for residents.</p> </li></ul> <p>What You Will Need</p> <ul> <li>Graduate of an accredited nursing program </li></ul> <p>Current LPN license to practice in the state of Connecticut</p> <p>Proficiency in delegated nursing tasks and clinical documentation</p> <p>Valid driver's license</p> <p>Experience working with individuals with disabilities is a plus</p> <p>Why You Will Love This Role</p> <p>This is more than just a job.
