Apply Today!</p> <p>Job Summary and Qualifications</p> <p>The Coordinator of Facilities supervises and coordinates activities for Facilities operations.</p> <ul> <li>You will schedule and coordinates routine, emergency and preventative maintenance activities for the Facilities Department. </li><li>You will coordinate with vendors to ensure preventative maintenance items are completed and documented on time. </li><li>You will manage regulatory compliance, regularly upload documents and maintain the online regulatory library with our compliance software, Complyos. </li><li>You will oversee preventative maintenance, work orders and associated asset inventory with our work order software, Engineering Central. </li><li>You will routinely perform audits and run reports on productivity. </li><li>You will routinely prepare labor performance reports on preventative maintenance completion and regularly monitor the completion of service requests to ensure work orders are completed in a timely manner. </li></ul> <p>Position Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma/GED or equivalent </li><li>5 years of healthcare experience </li><li>Must have experience with TJC regulatory compliance. </li><li>Must also be experienced with NFPA codes. </li></ul> <p>HCA HealthONE, one of the largest and most comprehensive healthcare systems in the Rocky Mountain region, offers more than 170 care sites in the Denver metro area.
