<p>Position Title: Technical Engineer</p> <p>Location: Raymond, OH.</p> <p>Must have 5 years of engineering experience making 3D designs and 2D drawings of automotive electrical components from initial concept through mass production.</p> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Valid Ohio drivers license required. </li><li>Requires a BS or MS in engineering. </li><li>All the skills and abilities of Engineer L1. </li><li>Must be proficient in technical writing and possess computer skills for scientific and technical applications. </li><li>Must be able to proficiently handle multiple projects and develop analytical procedures. </li></ul> <p>Description:</p> <ul> <li>Work with suppliers to assure parts/services are requested appropriately, evaluate technical proposals, and write technical reports. </li><li>Make technical decisions with moderate supervision. </li><li>Ability to report research and test results in various technical formats. </li><li>Able to work with a team or on an individual basis to reach project goals. </li><li>Five years of engineering experience making 3D designs and 2D drawings of automotive electrical components from initial concept through mass production. Such components may include vision systems and radar, sensors for safety systems and related control units with mounting brackets. </li></ul> <p>Responsibilities to include:</p> <ul> <li>Design feasibility, cost analysis, strength calculations, part construction, part specification, scheduling and coordinating activities involved in prototyping, fabricating, and manufacturing of assigned systems.
