We are looking for a dedicated Associate Application Developer like you to be a part of our team.</p> <p>Job Summary and Qualifications</p> <p>As an Application Development Associate (ADA) you will accelerate your technical and engineering skills through sprint-based development iterations and project assignments spanning a variety of software applications and platforms within the organization's enterprise portfolio. This position will have exposure to the company's enterprise operations, with a focus on leveraging modern programming skills and technologies to engineer robust solutions that automate processes and improve efficiency across the company.</p> <p>In this role you will:</p> <ul> <li>Designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-wide applications and APIs to streamline critical operations (e.g., revenue cycle and labor management). </li><li>Developing, testing, and documenting clean, efficient, and scalable code, primarily using C#, .NET framework and PowerApps. </li><li>Keeping management and stakeholders abreast of all significant matters through formal reporting and informal notification when needed. </li><li>Adaptable to new technologies and learning new development languages and frameworks. </li><li>Driving technology decisions by evaluating new tools, frameworks, and architecture patterns. </li><li>Performing ongoing maintenance and optimization to ensure application performance, accuracy, and integrity. </li><li>Championing innovation by leading best practices and continuous improvement within the engineering lifecycle, including code reviews and deployment processes. </li><li>Collaborating with product owners, project managers, and ancillary departments to ensure development sprints Fundamental programming skills and concepts preferred. Demonstrates understanding of the following software development areas: </li><li>C# and the .NET / .NET Core framework, PowerApps, Java, etc. </li><li>SQL for database interaction (e.g., writing stored procedures, optimizing queries) </li><li>Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and design patterns </li><li>Familiarity with modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular) is a plus. </li><li>Experience with Git/Azure DevOps or other version control systems. </li><li>Familiarity with Cloud technologies and its applicability. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Computer science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
