You will have excellent attention to detail and be able to prioritize your workload, whether it be production escalation issues, tickets or wider projects.</p> <p>You will have a background in Microsoft Windows with experience in supporting, configuring, and installing Windows Servers. You will be experienced in using Powershell to automate repetitive tasks across large IT estates.</p> <p>You will be experienced in designing, building, and supporting Citrix Desktop Virtualization environments globally, and presenting these environments to a variety of clients as a managed service.</p>
