Lane specializes in mobility, tunneling, and water resources to address sustainable development and climate change adaptation challenges.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li> <p>Oversees field personnel, daily/weekly schedules, and construction operations.</p> </li><li> <p>Schedules all earthwork, roadwork, or other self-performed work and coordinates field crews through directives given to foremen.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborates with other Superintendents and subcontractors.</p> </li><li> <p>Closely monitors communicates risks, status etc. in project review meetings.</p> </li><li> <p>Assist Engineers with quantities and productions.</p> </li><li> <p>Establishes and promotes a safety culture.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensures labor, equipment and materials are maintained, protected, secured and used at optimum efficiency and cost effectiveness.</p> </li><li> <p>Coaches and provides on-the-job training to crews.</p> </li><li> <p>Manages employees by mentoring, coaching, providing feedback and assessing performance.</p> </li><li> <p>Evaluates employee's performance.</p> </li><li> <p>Performs other duties as assigned.</p> </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or GED </li><li>5 years of experience </li><li>Heavy civil construction experience required </li><li>HCSS experience preferred </li></ul> <p>Lane Construction offers a comprehensive benefits package with an excellent opportunity to grow and be part of one of the most respected names in the construction industry.
