<p>OPEN HOUSE - HIRING EVENT ON-SITE ON DECEMBER 10TH 2025 FROM 2PM-6PM ET</p> <p>APPLY ONLINE AND BRING A COPY OF YOUR RESUME IN-PERSON DURING THE OPEN HOUSE</p> <p>3 MONTHS CONTRACT OPPORTUNITY WITH POTENTIAL TO BE HIRED FOR A PERMANENT POSITION</p> <p>LOCATION: 1455 James Pkwy, Heath, OH 43056, United States</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Complete general safety training to ensure a safe working environment. </li><li>Attend ISO training to understand and comply with industry standards. </li><li>Complete forklift safety training to operate machinery safely. </li><li>Operate packaging equipment, including hand banders, skid compressors, and inkjet printers. </li><li>Familiarize yourself with packaging specifications and know where to access relevant information. </li><li>Identify and separate defective coils through visual inspection and quality testing, reporting issues to the crew leader. </li><li>Maintain a clean and organized work area. </li><li>Start and stop production lines as needed, responding swiftly to line stoppages and assisting in troubleshooting to restore operations, including resetting equipment faults. </li><li>Operate the label printer and replace media as necessary for optimal function. </li><li>Keep an organized inventory of production supplies and promptly report any shortages to the crew leader. </li><li>Ensure a supply of properly labeled skids is maintained. </li><li>Perform any additional tasks as assigned </li></ul> <p>Education and Certifications</p> <ul> <li>High School graduate or GED required </li><li>Previous manufacturing or extrusion experience preferred. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Ability to lift at least 50 lbs. periodically </li><li>Ability to stand for long periods of time </li><li>Ability to use both arms and hands </li><li>Ability to bend and stoop frequently </li><li>Primary - Quality Department but frequently exposed to light manufacturing conditions and extreme temperature </li></ul> <p>Work experience in related industry is an asset but even if you do not have this, we still want you to apply.
