<p>The primary purpose of the Telehealth Clinical Technician (TCT)/Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is to perform duties that promote quality healthcare, excellent customer service, and create a positive environment dedicated to serving Veterans.</p> <p>VA Careers - Licensed Practical Nurse: https://youtube.com/embed/Ae85IP1Oiz4</p> <p>Total Rewards of a Allied Health Professional</p> <ul> <li>Support telehealth operations in duties including but not limited to tele-retinal imaging, tele-derm imaging, tele-wound imaging, Virtual Video test calls, iPad and equipment troubleshooting, tele-health modality education, and performance of clinical reminders. </li><li>Act as data manager for store and forward applications. </li><li>Facilitate clinical telehealth encounters for both patient and provider locations. </li><li>Act as a tele presenter within the scope of practice. </li><li>Manage real-time clinical telehealth events. </li><li>Supplemental duties may include providing multiple support functions related to outpatient clinical activities as part of the PACT team. </li><li>Performs other related duties as assigned. Maintains knowledge of computers to include Computerized Patient Record System (CPRS), Microsoft Outlook, VistA, VA Intranet, and Sharepoint. Demonstrates effective communication, problem solving skills, and judgment.
