Or you specialize in one or the other, our practice covers the functional & process side of Oracle as well as the technical development & technical architecture. Additionally, you have communication and people skills to inspire teams to bring their A-game.</p> <p>The Work:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Design and implement Oracle HCM Cloud Learning Management or design and implement Oracle HCM Cloud Talent Management .</p> </li><li> <p>Work with Client teams to gather and synthesize functional and technical requirements.</p> </li><li> <p>Facilitates design workshops for End-to-End Learning/Talent Management processes with business stakeholders to understand business requirements; demonstrates understanding of business needs and recommends robust design based on Oracle functionality.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to configure and optimize upstream and downstream HR processes within Oracle HCM, including conversions, integrations, reports, etc.</p> </li><li> <p>Provide expertise and guidance, translating requirements into detailed configuration tasks including Page Personalization, Security, Approval Workflows, Validation Rules, etc.</p> </li><li> <p>Create functional and technical design documents.</p> </li><li> <p>Support the planning and execution of testing cycles, as well as perform cutover activities as required for go-live preparation.</p> </li><li> <p>Plan and organize tasks and report progress on the track/deliverables.</p> </li></ul> <p>Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.</p> <p>Qualification</p> <p>Here's What You Need:</p> <ul> <li>Minimum of 3 years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM with emphasis on either Learning Management or Talent Management </li><li>Minimum of 2 full life-cycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementations </li><li>Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an, Associate's Degree with 6 years of work experience) </li></ul> <p>Bonus Points If:</p> <ul> <li>Certified in Oracle HCM Cloud Learning Management </li><li>Experience across Oracle HCM Core HR, Talent Management, or Recruiting </li><li>Experience implementing Redwood Pages and using VBS </li><li>You've gained the trust of your clients and partnered with them to deliver large scale implementation projects </li></ul> <p>Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
