<p>Reporting to: Director of Creative Services</p> <p>The Role:</p> <p>Lumens is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Creative Project Manager to lead the planning and execution of AI and CG imagery for marketing purposes. This role is deeply embedded within the Creative Marketing team and is responsible for managing end-to-end workflows for AI/CGI imagery production - ensuring outputs are accurate, on-brand, on-time, and within budget.</p> <p>Reporting into the Director of Creative Services, this role serves as the operational bridge between Lumens' internal Creative team and external partners. This person will own timelines, coordinate reviews, manage assets, ensure product accuracy, and uphold quality standards across all AI-generated imagery used across marketing channels.</p> <p>The ideal candidate is a strong project manager with a sharp eye for detail, comfort working with emerging creative technologies, and the ability to bring structure and clarity to fast-moving creative production environments.</p> <p>Total Target Compensation Range: Competitive Salary (base + bonus) $80,000 - $110,000 annually</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <p>Project Leadership</p> <ul> <li>Lead end-to-end project management for AI-generated imagery across Lumens marketing channels </li><li>Collaborate closely with an external partners to execute accurate, brand-aligned product imagery </li><li>Own timelines, milestones, priorities, and delivery schedules </li><li>Schedule & facilitate creative reviews and manage feedback notes, revision, and approval cycles </li><li>Track project status, risks, and dependencies with clarity </li></ul> <p>Creative & Brand Stewardship</p> <ul> <li>Translate brand standards into clear execution guidance for external partners </li><li>QA imagery for product accuracy, proportion, scale, materials, lighting, and realism </li><li>Ensure all outputs meet Lumens' visual and production standards before release </li></ul> <p>Asset & Production Management</p> <ul> <li>Coordinate with internal teams to source accurate product data and assets </li><li>Deliver required assets (3D models, hi res product imagery and art direction decks) to AI partners </li><li>Maintain centralized documentation for assets, approvals, and project workflows </li></ul> <p>Budget & Vendor Oversight</p> <ul> <li>Track budgets, scope, and agency deliverables </li><li>Surface risks or overages early and maintain vendor accountability </li><li>Partner with Creative leadership to improve workflows and elevate output quality </li></ul> <p>System Qualifications:</p> <p>Experience & Technical Skills</p> <ul> <li>Minimum of 4 years' experience in creative project management, production, or marketing operations role </li><li>Strong experience managing external vendors or agencies </li><li>Familiarity with digital imagery workflows, production timelines, and QA processes </li><li>Comfort working with emerging creative technologies (AI/CG imagery experience a strong plus) </li><li>Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana and Excel </li><li>Strong presentation skills with creative executives </li><li>Strong organizational and documentation skills </li></ul> <p>Soft Skills</p> <ul> <li>Exceptionally detail-oriented with a strong quality bar </li><li>Clear, confident communicator with creatives, leadership, and external partners </li><li>Solutions-oriented, and proactive in fast-paced environments </li><li>Ability to balance creative flexibility with operational rigor </li><li>Interest in design, interiors, lighting, and visual storytelling a plus </li></ul> <p>About Lumens:</p> <p>As North America's premier destination for design aficionados, architects, interior designers, and contract professionals, Lumens offers a discerning edit of modern lighting, furniture, and décor.
