<p>Back of House Team Leader (BOH)</p> <p>Kitchen Team Leader - Chick-fil-A Cypress Ranch</p> <p>Pay: $17-$20/hour (Based on experience, availability, and tenure)</p> <p>Schedule: Full-Time | 40+ Hours per Week | Must be Available to Open and/or Close (5:30 AM - 11:30 PM)</p> <p>Position Summary</p> <p>Chick-fil-A Cypress Ranch is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to lead our back-of-house operations with excellence, efficiency, and care. In this role, you will supervise kitchen operations during shifts, ensuring that food is prepared safely, accurately, and efficiently-all while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, teamwork, and professionalism. Chick-fil-A experience is strongly preferred and is a major advantage for success in this role. We are looking for leaders who are passionate about food safety, operational execution, and leading by example in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
