This role is responsible for configuring, maintaining, and optimizing HR systems across a large enterprise environment, with a primary focus on Workday and supporting experience in ADP Workforce Now.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <p>HR Systems Configuration & Optimization:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Configure and optimize Workday modules including HCM, Payroll, Recruiting, Learning, and Integrations</p> </li><li> <p>Support and maintain ADP Workforce Now configurations as needed, including data alignment with Workday</p> </li></ul> <p>Integration Management:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Design, develop, and manage complex integrations using Workday Studio, EIBs, and Core Connectors</p> </li><li> <p>Support data integrations and interfaces between Workday, ADP Workforce Now, and other enterprise systems</p> </li></ul> <p>Business Process Management:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Design, configure, and maintain complex business processes within Workday</p> </li><li> <p>Partner with HR and Payroll teams to ensure end-to-end process alignment across systems</p> </li></ul> <p>Reporting & Analytics:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Create and maintain advanced reports using Workday Report Writer and other reporting tools</p> </li><li> <p>Support data validation and reconciliation between Workday and ADP Workforce Now</p> </li></ul> <p>Security & Compliance:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Configure and manage Workday security groups and roles</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure data security and compliance across HR systems, including ADP Workforce Now</p> </li></ul> <p>Technical Support & Change Management:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Troubleshoot and resolve complex configuration and integration issues</p> </li><li> <p>Manage system changes, releases, and enhancements to ensure smooth transitions</p> </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>5+ years of experience supporting Workday in a large enterprise environment</p> </li><li> <p>Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now (configuration, integrations, or operational support)</p> </li><li> <p>Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field</p> </li><li> <p>Advanced expertise in Workday Studio, EIBs, and Core Connectors</p> </li><li> <p>Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent communication skills with the ability to partner with HR, Payroll, and technical stakeholders</p> </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Software engineering or development background</p> </li><li> <p>Experience supporting multi-system HR or payroll environments #ZR</p> </li></ul> <p>Benefit Highlights</p> <ul> <li>Industry leading medical, dental and vision insurance plan </li><li>401(k) Retirement Plan with a company match of 100% on up to 5% of compensation (match is fully-vested immediately) </li><li>Generous PTO policy </li><li>Eligible for performance based bonuses </li></ul>
