Micro-Poise is currently seeking an EHS/Facilities Coordinator to join our strong team in Streetsboro, Ohio.</p> <p>Job Summary:</p> <p>The EHS/Facilities Coordinator is responsible for the management of facilities work, including security, maintenance, and other services. Ensuring that the needs of the organization, employees, and/or visitors are met. Additionally, you will be responsible for the Health, Safety and Environmental management of the site, processes and services.</p> <p>Essential Duties & Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Responsible for creating and maintaining a safe working environment. </li><li>Conduct training program to educate the workforce. </li><li>Take the lead in all environmental, health & safety matters </li><li>Manage the AMETEK Compliance Calendar Activities </li><li>Manage the overall site security and services (utilities) provided within the facility </li><li>Create/maintain a suitable working environment for the purpose and needs of the facility. </li><li>Utilize 5S Principles to create a clean and organized environment. </li><li>Manage the maintenance of the building by performing repairs or contracting maintenance services as needed </li><li>Work with Purchasing and Finance to ensure proper documentation is obtained for purchase and payment. </li><li>Ensure that approvals based on AMETEK DLA are obtain prior to making commitments with contractors. </li><li>Accident/Near Miss/Safety Observation statistics and investigation </li><li>Undertaking risk assessments and site inspections </li><li>Liaising with relevant authorities </li><li>Manage and develop emergency response process and procedures </li><li>You may have to perform other tasks & duties (within your skill set) on a at the request of the Operations Director </li></ul> <p>Required Education & Experience:</p> <ul> <li>2-3 years of experience in a Facility / EHS Coordinator role </li><li>Highschool Diploma or GED required </li></ul> <p>Core Competency Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>OSHA Regulations </li><li>Facilities management </li><li>Organized </li><li>Familiar with Microsoft Office Products </li></ul> <p>Compensation</p> <p>Employee Type: Salaried</p> <p>Salary Minimum: $55,000</p> <p>Salary Maximum: $65,000</p> <p>Incentive: No</p> <p>Disclaimer: Where a specific pay range is noted, it is a good faith estimate at the time of this posting.
