The ideal candidate will possess a positive attitude and be committed to fostering an ongoing open dialogue with all staff members. This role is integral in supporting the mental health and academic success of our students through comprehensive psychological services and collaborative efforts with the school community.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Provide individual and group counseling services and support to students. </li><li>Conduct observations across various school settings to monitor and support student behavior and progress. </li><li>Administer comprehensive evaluations to assess students' academic, emotional, and behavioral needs. </li><li>Write and develop IEP (Individualized Education Program) goals and objectives with ongoing progress monitoring. </li><li>Write detailed psychological reports based on evaluations and observations. </li><li>Consult with administrators, school staff, families, and outside providers to ensure cohesive support for students. </li><li>Assist in crisis intervention efforts as needed. </li></ul>
