As a comprehensive community college, Germanna provides quality, accessible, and affordable educational opportunities for the residents of the City of Fredericksburg and the counties of Caroline, Culpeper, King George, Madison, Orange, Spotsylvania and Stafford.</p> <p>This position supports student retention and progress toward academic goal completion. The Counselor intervenes to help students address external barriers to staying successful in school. This position focuses on advising interventions and case management of special populations and at-risk students.</p> <p>Special Assignments</p> <p>May be required to perform other duties as assigned.
