This position is located in Marshall, NC, and will report to the Division Controller.</p> <p>We are looking for someone who will model the Printpack Core Values of: Treating People Right, Caring About What We Do, Being Focused on How We Achieve Results, and Doing What We Say We Will Do.</p> <p>Read our job description below to learn how you can Preserve and Enhance People's lives by working at Printpack.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Maintenance of general ledger and account reconciliations</p> </li><li> <p>Complete monthly financial closing process with assistance</p> </li><li> <p>Perform analysis and interpretation of operational performance</p> </li><li> <p>Be responsible for product costing and inventory valuations</p> </li><li> <p>Monitor and review job cost data and investigate unusual items</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with other departments and plants to achieve plant objectives</p> </li><li> <p>Develop leadership skills designed to drive process improvement projects</p> </li><li> <p>Assist with quarterly forecasting process</p> </li><li> <p>Be a key contributor to the Printpack Continuous Improvement Process</p> </li><li> <p>Perform analysis and interpretation of operational performance</p> </li><li> <p>Perform inventory costing roll up</p> </li><li> <p>Monitor inventory and investigate/correct unusual items in inventory</p> </li><li> <p>Monitor and review job cost study data and investigate/correct unusual items</p> </li><li> <p>Assist Division Controller in meeting plant objectives</p> </li><li> <p>Assist with the monthly financial closing process</p> </li><li> <p>Communicate effectively with all levels of plant and administrative associates</p> </li><li> <p>Strong local leadership presence in production</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to interpret and have a positive influence on operational results</p> </li><li> <p>Strong working knowledge of Printpack systems and financial policies</p> </li></ul> <p>Minimum Requirements:</p> <ul> <li> <p>A recent graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance</p> </li><li> <p>2-3 years of work experience in related field (for Plant Cost Analyst)</p> </li><li> <p>Exhibits application of analytical abilities and collaborative mindset</p> </li></ul> <p>Preferred Skills and Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Related work experience or internship in this field is a plus</p> </li><li> <p>High Excel proficiency</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent communication and organizational skills</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization and in teams as needed</p> </li><li> <p>Be able to prioritize and multitask the workflow</p> </li></ul> <p>Printpack is proudly an equal-opportunity employer.
