They are responsible for providing office support to a client, business function or individual contributor.</p> <p>What You'll Do:</p> <ul> <li>Approve or reject deliveries based on inspections and check for contraband. </li><li>Ensure that all packages received and delivered arrive the same day or advise the consignee of next-day arrival. </li><li>Bring mail, packages, copy products, and stationery to assigned groups or locations as per the daily schedule. </li><li>Ensure all shipped packages are protected against damage. </li><li>Process shipment requests with a vendor, advising package owner of arrangements. </li><li>Apply appropriate postage amounts and required identification to outgoing mail and packages. </li><li>Stock copy rooms and provide first communication for copier fleet production. </li><li>Check daily and replenish, if necessary, all mail and postage supplies. </li><li>Answer common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and/or supervisors and effectively present information to an internal group. </li><li>Evaluate and select solutions from established options. </li><li>Impact team through the quality of the services or information provided. </li></ul> <p>What You'll Need:</p> <p>Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or GED with 2-3 years of job-related experience. </li><li>Some PIT (forklift) experience required for this role. </li><li>An established understanding of work routines and standards and applying skills and knowledge in a range of processes, procedures, and systems are required. </li><li>Requires intermediate problem-solving skills with the capacity to review and select solutions from available options without supervisory approval. </li><li>Ability to explain detailed and complicated information within the team in a clear and concise manner. </li><li>Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
