<p>Responsibilities for this Position</p> <p>Electrical Systems Embedded Software Engineer</p> <p>US-CT-Groton</p> <p>Job ID: 2025-14720</p> <p>Type: Full-Time</p> <p># of Openings: 1</p> <p>Category: Engineering</p> <p>EB Groton Shipyard</p> <p>Overview</p> <p>Department 425, Electrical Systems Embedded Software Engineering, engineers apply software and computer engineering skills to specify, design, develop, integrate, and test, as well as subcontract manage software development for US Navy Nuclear Submarines. (Letters, Telecons, Transmittals) </li><li>Experience with Microsoft Project and developing and maintaining software schedules. </li><li>Experience with Matlab/Simulink Modeling. </li><li>Experience with Java and Microsoft .Net Framework application development. </li><li>Experience with real-time operating systems, LabVIEW, relational and object-oriented databases. </li><li>Familiarity with GIT, TFS or other similarly utilized VCS (version control systems). </li><li>Experience with 3KeyMaster. </li><li>Experience with software product issue trackers. </li><li>Familiarity with handling ESD sensitive material. </li><li>Experience in embedded software development, safety critical software development, control system development, and/or experience performing software safety analysis. </li><li>US Navy, DoD contractor, or similar experience with military customers </li></ul>
