Heart - your values, passions, and what drives you to make a meaningful impact</p> <p>Briefcase - your experiences, skills, and results from past roles</p> <p>You'll start with the Predictive Index (PI) assessment (takes less than 20 minutes), then move through structured interviews, work samples, and meaningful culture-focused conversations.</p> <p>Your Purpose</p> <p>As the Business Solutions Architect - Enterprise Applications, you'll own the health, stability, and continuous improvement of Dynamic's enterprise-wide business platforms.</p> <p>You'll ensure systems such as ERP, CRM, financial platforms, and reporting tools are reliable, well-governed, and delivering real business value-partnering closely with Finance, Sales, Operations, and Technology teams.</p> <p>Your work will help simplify complexity, improve decision-making, and ensure the systems that run the business are scalable, efficient, and ready for what's next.</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <ul> <li>Own day-to-day stability and performance of enterprise applications including ERP, CRM, financial systems, and reporting platforms </li><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for application support, configuration, access, and issue resolution </li><li>Manage and resolve tickets related to system issues, integrations, data concerns, and user support </li><li>Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for enhancements and process improvements </li><li>Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve efficiency and user experience </li><li>Support testing, deployment, and adoption of system updates and enhancements </li><li>Maintain system documentation, governance standards, and change management practices </li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally to support reporting, analytics, and enterprise initiatives </li></ul> <p>What You Bring (Briefcase)</p> <ul> <li>Associate degree in computer science, management information systems, or a business-related field </li></ul> <p>(Additional relevant experience will be considered in lieu of formal education)</p> <ul> <li>1-3 years of experience supporting or maintaining enterprise business applications </li><li>Experience working with ERP, CRM, financial systems, or enterprise reporting tools </li><li>Preferred: Exposure to Power BI, Power Platform, low-code tools, or analytics environments </li></ul> <p>Skills & Strengths (Head)</p> <ul> <li>Strong understanding of enterprise application workflows and lifecycle management </li><li>Working knowledge of integrations, data flows, and relational databases </li><li>Ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements </li><li>Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills </li><li>Clear communicator across technical and non-technical audiences </li><li>Comfortable prioritizing work in a ticket-based support environment </li></ul> <p>?
