We're looking for a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team and help deliver precision parts that meet exacting standards for critical applications.</p> <p>This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship, understands machining processes, and values working in a hands-on, team-driven environment.</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <ul> <li> <p>Operate CNC and manual machining equipment to produce parts to exact specifications</p> </li><li> <p>Upload, verify, and adjust CNC programs for optimal performance</p> </li><li> <p>Configure tooling, offsets, and perform minor program edits as needed</p> </li><li> <p>Conduct in-process inspections to ensure parts meet dimensional tolerances</p> </li><li> <p>Read and interpret blueprints to document and verify measurements</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain machines through routine care and troubleshooting</p> </li><li> <p>Handle materials within the shop using forklifts and other equipment</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient workflows</p> </li><li> <p>Adhere to all safety protocols and company standards</p> </li></ul> <p>What We're Looking For</p> <ul> <li> <p>U.S. Citizenship required</p> </li><li> <p>High school diploma or equivalent; apprenticeship or vocational training preferred</p> </li><li> <p>Basic experience operating and programming CNC or manual machinery (lathes, grinders, etc.)</p> </li><li> <p>Strong communication skills and ability to read/interpret blueprints</p> </li><li> <p>Familiarity with shop math (fractions/decimals) and material properties</p> </li><li> <p>Competence with inspection tools (calipers, gauges, etc.)</p> </li><li> <p>Knowledge of part holding, deburring, and general machining practices</p> </li><li> <p>Safety-conscious and team-oriented</p> </li></ul> <p>Why Join Trident?</p> <p>When you join our team, you'll work on large-scale, custom, high-pressure projects where precision matters.
