Pharmaceutical care is the evaluation, distribution, and monitoring of prescribed therapy which provide positive patient outcomes. Maintains current California Pharmacist license. This position may require flexibility of hours.</p> <p>EDUCATION:</p> <p>Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited school of pharmacy preferred. Diploma or transcripts on highest degree earned required.</p> <p>EXPERIENCE/TRAINING:</p> <p>Completion of a postgraduate residency is preferred</p> <p>LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS:</p> <p>Required:</p> <p>Current unrestricted Registered Pharmacist license (RPH) issued by California State Board of Pharmacy</p> <p>Current Basic Life Support Provider (BLS) issued by American Heart Association</p> <p>SKILLS:</p> <p>Requires mobility to be able to respond quickly to Code Rapid Response and Code Blue situations and to be able to transport the emergency pharmacy medication box.</p> <p>Worker Type:</p> <p>Per Diem</p> <p>Part time</p> <p>Shift:</p> <p>Days</p>
