<p>Maintenance and Environmental Services Coordinator</p> <p>CHS is seeking a full-time Maintenance and Environmental Services Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the oversight of maintenance and environmental services across all CHS facilities ensuring efficient operations and completion of proactive in-house maintenance and repairs. This role is responsible for routine maintenance and repairs of facility equipment, maintaining aesthetic standards within all CHS facilities, lawn care and snow removal. Ideal candidates must have the ability to work independently or as part of a team and at times with outside contractors. The overall responsibilities of the Maintenance and Environmental Services Coordinator include but are not limited to general maintenance repairs and the oversight of environmental services.</p> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma/GED and. </li><li>At least 3 year's experience in maintenance-supervisor/manager/coordinator experience preferred </li><li>Ability to prioritize projects and facility needs, communicate with contractors, and follow a preventative maintenance schedule </li><li>Experience conducting regular safety drills including fire and tornado and documenting staff participation </li><li>Adherence to regulatory and accreditation standards such as OSHA and The Joint Commission </li><li>Ability to direct/delegate tasks, maintain accountability and manage performance outcomes of department employees </li><li>Knowledgeable in managing a department budget and tracking expenditures </li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the organization </li><li>Valid driver's license, active auto insurance, and willingness to travel to multiple organizational locations </li><li>Ability to proactively assess maintenance and environmental service needs </li></ul> <p>Work Environment: Includes physical labor- indoor/outdoor work, and exposure to cleaning agents.
