<p>Job Title: Math Tutor</p> <p>Position Type: Part-time</p> <p>Location: Cunniff Elementary</p> <p>Hours Per Week: 18 hours per week</p> <p>Rate of Pay: $35.00 per hour</p> <p>Reports to: Math Coordinator</p> <p>Summary:</p> <p>The Math Tutor will work with classroom teachers to identify students who require substantial intervention in Math. The tutor will work with these students primarily in a push-in model for the purpose of small group and targeted assistance aligned with the Literacy curriculum.</p> <p>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <p>The essential functions or duties listed below are illustrations of the type of work that is performed and is not an exhaustive list of the duties performed for by this position. Other duties may be assigned.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Complete required paperwork for the strategies/interventions as outlined in Title I regulations </li><li>Work with principal and classroom teachers to identify potential students for the assistance/ intervention using objective criteria </li><li>Teach multiple small intervention groups. </li><li>Progress monitor and analyze student data </li></ul> <p>Qualifications and Skills:</p> <p>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
