<p>Job Description:</p> <p>Our Senior designers are responsible for owning broader parts of the projects they work on, covering the strategy, visual, and experience elements of the product. You will be looking at projects with a holistic approach, assisting the lead designer with the output of the project from a client and team perspective.</p> <p>You will need to demonstrate a strong set of digital product design skills across Visual and UX/UI. You will also need the practical and technical knowledge to back up ideas. As a Senior Designer, you will promote industry leading practices that will explore user insight, generate and validate ideas and deliver engaging digital experiences.</p> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Proven experience in a senior design position within an agency or product business </li><li>Excellent communication & organisation skills </li><li>Strong conceptual and design skills </li><li>Good understanding of design fundamentals (type, space, form) </li><li>Industry knowledge and the ability to sell your vision to clients </li><li>Experience designing from customer insight and iterating from data </li><li>A passion for emerging technologies, devices, and digital products with a focus on user-centric design </li><li>A team player that loves collaborating with clients and colleagues </li><li>Experience using prototypes to iterate, optimise and validate your designs through user testing </li></ul> <p>Salary Range: $121,800-$160,000 a year</p> <p>#LI-KR2</p>
