<p>Employment Type:</p> <p>Full time</p> <p>Shift:</p> <p>Night Shift</p> <p>Description:</p> <p>Position Purpose:</p> <ul> <li>The ADAS team lead will provide immediate safety and Risk Assessments for persons served. </li><li>Will also provide the following services: psycho-educational groups, crisis intervention, immediate risk assessment, case management support, transition/discharge planning and follow-up. </li><li>Wwill prepare admission documentation for the daily treatment team meeting and support Supervisor in monthly statistical reports including staff scheduling. </li><li>Will rotate on call duties and delegate daily shift assignments </li></ul> <p>What You Will Do:</p> <ul> <li>Assist with scheduling of employees, ensuring all shifts are covered </li><li>Perform duties as a clinician and have experience to complete walk-in process and admission criteria </li><li>Support and encourage coworkers </li><li>Cover one week a month of on-call duty for the CRC and ADAS unit (additional compensation) </li></ul> <p>Minimum Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Master's Degree in Human/Social Services and 2 years of related experience (with preferably one year in a leadership position of either supervising others and/or leading a team) OR Bachelor's degree in Human/Social Services and 4 years of related experience (with preferably one year in a leadership position of either supervising others and/or leading a team). </li><li>Valid Driver's License required and ability to drive an organization vehicle </li><li>Pre-Employment Physical/TB </li><li>Pre-Employment Drug Screen </li><li>Act 33/34/73 clearances </li><li>Psychiatric Residential setting experienced preferred. </li></ul> <p>Position Highlights and Benefits:</p> <ul> <li>Benefits start Day 1 of employment! </li><li>Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, 403B, PTO, Paid Holiday Days, and more!! </li></ul> <p>Schedule: This is a Non-Exempt (hourly) position</p> <ul> <li>Tuesday thru Saturday 4p-12mid.
