<p>Overview</p> <p>The Director of Third Party Risk Management provides strategic leadership and oversight of the enterprise-wide Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) program. This role is responsible for setting the vision, governance, and execution of third party risk strategies that align with the company's risk appetite and regulatory requirements. The Director ensures that all third party lifecycle activities are compliant, effectively challenged, and guided by sound risk management principles.</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <ul> <li>Lead and evolve the TPRM program, enhancing processes and assessments to ensure maturity and effectiveness </li><li>Oversee vendor risk assessments during onboarding, ongoing monitoring, and offboarding </li><li>Monitor regulatory changes and ensure program alignment with updated requirements </li><li>Coordinate audits, regulatory exams, and internal risk assessments </li><li>Escalate and remediate third party risk findings and operational events </li><li>Collaborate with Legal and SMEs to review contracts and perform due diligence </li><li>Administer and maintain the TPRM application (LogicGate) </li><li>Provide guidance to business unit leaders on vendor risk oversight </li><li>Prepare and present risk indicators and reports to senior management and board committees </li><li>Coach and develop the TPRM team </li><li>Participate in incident response activities as a member of the Incident & Event Response Team (IERT) </li></ul> <p>Requirements For Success</p> <p>Experience:</p> <ul> <li>10+ years of experience in third party risk or related areas, with at least 5 years in a leadership role </li><li>Experience in banking or financial services industry preferred </li><li>Proven ability to manage complex risk programs and regulatory requirements </li></ul> <p>Education:</p> <ul> <li>Master's Degree preferred </li><li>Bachelor's Degree required </li></ul> <p>Required Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Strong leadership and governance capabilities </li><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills </li><li>Ability to manage competing priorities with attention to detail </li><li>Skilled in stakeholder engagement and conflict resolution </li><li>Proficient in risk reporting and program documentation </li><li>Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and compliance standards </li><li>Knowledge of contract review processes and vendor due diligence </li><li>Background in operational risk, legal, or compliance functions </li></ul> <p>Preferred Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Experience with LogicGate or similar TPRM platforms </li></ul> <p>Conditions of Employment</p> <ul> <li>Must be able to pass a criminal background & credit check </li><li>This is a full-time, non-remote position </li></ul> <p>Position Type:</p> <ul> <li>Full-time, with flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed. </li></ul> <p>Travel:</p> <ul> <li>Up to 15% travel required. </li></ul> <p>FLSA Status:</p> <ul> <li>Exempt </li></ul> <p>We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity and/or expression, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any other federal, state, or local protected class.</p> <p>Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.</p> <p>Pay Range</p> <p>USD $103,664.00 - USD $171,860.00 /Yr.</p>
