<p>Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Routing (Cisco OSPF, BGP), Cisco ACI, Switching (Cisco Nexus, and Stack switches), Wireless (Cisco WLC), Firewall (Cisco ASA/FP, Palo Alto, AVPN, Zscaler), Cisco ACI, Prime, ISE, DNAC, Azure Networking. </li><li>Strong hands-on experience on Cisco ACI </li><li>Responsible for WAN/LAN network administration, enterprise wireless, and Cisco/Palo Alto firewall administration. </li><li>Troubleshooting the Level 3 and advanced network issues and performing call backs ensuring issues are resolved & appropriate solution is provided to the customer. </li><li>Initiate improvements in tools (SolarWinds, Panorama, Prime, Cisco DNA, Infoblox) requirements gathering and processes. </li><li>Responsible for investigating causes, tests solutions & suggest solutions in place to reduce the time taken to resolve the network-related tickets. </li><li>Make recommendations based on analytics to improve performance and optimization of network infrastructure. </li><li>Manage new and existing equipment, hardware, and software upgrades. </li><li>Understanding Network support priorities and objectives and taking an active role in accomplishing them. </li><li>Help level 1/2 resources to address the Network related issues. </li><li>Strong understanding of network routing and switching protocols required. </li><li>Demonstrated experience with WAN and backbone network protocols (BGP, OSPF, MPLS, etc.) required. </li><li>Strong experience with next generation firewall technology (Palo Alto, Cisco ASA firewalls, etc.) </li><li>Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills with the ability to communicate complex technical issues in an easy-to-understand manner. </li><li>Re sourceful, with the ability to work independently. </li><li>Strong time management skills and attention to detail. </li><li>Ability to multi-task activities with shifting priorities. </li></ul> <p>Salary Range: $62,500-$89,000 a year</p> <p>#LI-CM2</p>
