We believe in work-life balance and ensuring our employees are supported both personally and professionally.</p> <p>WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:</p> <p>As the E-commerce Manager NAM at Cybex, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our online sales channels to drive growth and maximize revenue. You will work cross-functionally with marketing, content, product, IT, operations, and customer service teams to ensure that Cybex products are successfully sold online, with a strong focus on customer experience and performance optimization.</p> <p>This is an exciting opportunity for an e-commerce professional with a passion for driving digital growth in a premium consumer brand within the baby products industry.</p> <p>Duties/Responsibilities:</p> <p>E-commerce Strategy Execution and Support:</p> <ul> <li>Support the implementation of e-commerce strategies to drive online sales, customer engagement, and revenue growth. </li><li>Monitor daily sales and website performance metrics (traffic, conversion rate, bounce rate, etc.) and implement strategies to optimize sales funnels. </li><li>Work closely with the marketing team to ensure digital marketing initiatives are aligned with overall business goals. </li><li>Collaborate and lead initiatives with local and EU-based teams to align on e-commerce strategy, projects, and business development efforts. </li><li>Analyze competitive market trends and make recommendations for enhancing Cybex's digital presence. </li><li>Collaborate with marketing, customer service, product, content and IT teams to ensure a cohesive online presence and brand messaging. </li><li>Work closely with the operations team to ensure all D2C orders are being shipped timely and within SLAs. </li><li>Lead and/or mentor a small team of e-commerce specialists (if applicable). </li></ul> <p>Website Management & Optimization:</p> <ul> <li>Manage the daily operations of Cybex's e-commerce website, ensuring product listings are accurate, engaging, and fully optimized for search engines to maximize visibility and conversions. </li><li>Collaborate with the content team to maintain and update product catalogs while working closely with the performance marketing team to enhance SEO/SEM efforts and improve organic and paid search performance. </li><li>Identify and drive business development opportunities, independently leading new initiatives and projects to assess potential growth areas. Provide visibility into opportunities and risks, conduct cost-benefit analyses, and secure necessary approvals to ensure alignment with overall business objectives. </li><li>Develop email, SMS and push notification marketing strategies to drive consumer acquisition and retention. </li><li>Coordinate with the demand planning to ensure inventory levels are accurately reflected on the website. </li></ul> <p>Retention, Loyalty & CRM Initiatives:</p> <ul> <li>Support customer retention initiatives, including lifecycle marketing, personalized email automation, and re-engagement campaigns. </li><li>Work with the CRM team to enhance customer segmentation and develop targeted retention strategies. </li><li>Assist in the execution of loyalty programs and post-purchase engagement initiatives to increase repeat purchases. </li><li>Monitor customer feedback and online reviews to improve overall satisfaction and loyalty. </li></ul> <p>Data Analytics & Decision Making:</p> <ul> <li>Regularly analyze e-commerce performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Salesforce, Power BI, MS Excel or internal dashboards. </li><li>Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize online sales channels and improve ROI. </li><li>Prepare and present business updates for senior management, including business performance insights, growth initiatives and recommendations for improvement. </li></ul> <p>Required Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Experience: Minimum 3 (-5) years of proven experience and track record in e-commerce management, preferably in consumer goods or the baby products industry. </li><li>Technical Skills: Proficient in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar). </li><li>Digital Marketing Expertise: Strong understanding of SEO, SEM/SEA, paid advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads), and email/SMS marketing. </li><li>Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies. </li><li>UX/UI Knowledge: Familiarity with user experience principles and web design best practices. </li><li>Project Management: Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines. </li><li>Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, with a focus on clear, concise information sharing across teams. </li><li>Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically and creatively to solve challenges and drive results independently. </li></ul> <p>Physical Requirements:</p> <p>The role involves spending extended periods of time at a desk or workstation, working on computers, analyzing data, and managing digital campaigns.</p> <p>Accommodations disclosure:</p> <p>CYBEX is committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all qualified individuals.
