We aim to innovate and deliver advanced vehicle systems to solve customer challenges.</p> <p>We are seeking a Contract Sourcing Recruiter to support our ongoing growth by helping drive our recruiting process including sourcing, vetting, and facilitating the hiring of high-caliber Researchers and Engineers.</p> <p>Position Overview:</p> <p>Partner with TA Business Partners to build and execute sourcing strategies</p> <p>Build effective sourcing plans</p> <p>Source passive candidates and gauge both technical skills and chemistry of candidates for fit, and understand candidate motivation</p> <p>Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive sourcing and market research in anticipation of demand</p> <p>Recommend ideas and strategies that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company</p> <p>Articulate in writing a sourcing plan with deliverables, timelines, and a formal tracking process</p> <p>Effectively screen and interview candidates within an appropriate and consistent timeline</p> <p>Participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives, including assessment of best practices in interviewing techniques, leveraging of internal sources of talent, and identification of top performers for senior-level openings</p> <p>Minimum Requirements:</p> <p>Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of sourcing recruitment experience</p> <p>2+ years of technical recruiting experience</p> <p>Expert knowledge of sourcing tools (LinkedIn, indeed, ClearanceJobs.com, and other platforms)</p> <p>Travel to career fairs (25%)</p> <p>Desired Requirements:</p> <p>Proven success sourcing candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed</p> <p>Experience using Taleo</p> <p>A successful track record of sourcing talent in a highly technical industry (Aerospace, Tech, Biotech, Robotics)</p> <p>Experience managing internal customer relationships</p> <p>Physical Requirements:</p> <p>Ability to work in an office environment.</p> <p>Fine manipulation, such as typing.</p> <p>Ability to work at a desk 8 hours daily.</p> <p>Lifting of normal office equipment, such as laptops and files.</p>
