<p>Job Details</p> <p>Job Location: Fenton - Fenton, MO</p> <p>Salary Range: Undisclosed</p> <p>Description</p> <p>Position reports to: Warehouse Manager</p> <p>Schedule: On Call, Start Time 7pm, Sun-Thurs (1-5 days per week as needed)</p> <p>Primary purpose and function of position: Perform night picking and warehouse duties as directed.</p> <p>Principal Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Operate walkie riders safely and efficiently </li><li>Ability to build pallets using voice pick technology </li><li>Stack and separate empty kegs and pallets </li><li>Communicate with supervisors and co-workers in a courteous and professional manner </li><li>Operate as an efficient and productive member on the night loading team </li><li>Ability to build and load sideload, draught, bulk trucks as well as stage product </li><li>Clean warehouse as directed </li><li>Maintain warehouse product rotation standards </li><li>Other duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>High School diploma or GED certificate required </li><li>Must have the ability to read, write and follow instructions </li><li>Ability to safely operate job related equipment </li><li>Highly self-motivated with a positive attitude </li><li>Project a friendly, courteous and professional image </li><li>Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities </li><li>Ability to work on a team with minimal supervision </li><li>Ability to meet physical requirements of the job including, but not limited to: repetitively handling cases of beer, reaching above head height, climbing, bending, twisting, squatting, and kneeling </li><li>Ability to frequently lift, carry, push or pull package product weighing 50 plus pounds and draught product weighing 165 plus pounds </li><li>Regular and reliable attendance required </li><li>Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and some holidays as needed </li><li>Ability to pass a required pre-employment physical, background, and drug screening </li><li>Ability to perform all essential job functions and duties as assigned </li></ul>
