Casino is a 24/7 high energy environment with bright lights, noise, exposure to smoke and alcohol. </li><li>Ability to lead and mentor a team </li><li>Broad variety of tasks and deadlines requires an irregular work schedule. May require extended hours across all shifts to provided training and service to all team members. </li><li>Ability to perform assigned duties in an interruptive office. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Must-Haves:</p> <ul> <li>Must have at least three (3) years of Poker managerial experience </li><li>Must have at least two (2) years of training experience </li><li>Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of poker operations and current industry trends </li><li>A 4-year degree in a related field or equivalent work experience </li><li>Must be able to comply with all state gaming regulations, which may include obtaining a license. </li></ul> <p>Physical Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>The ability to work irregular hours and extended shifts, including late nights, early mornings, weekends and holidays. </li><li>Ability to work extended hours across all shifts in a 24/7 work environment. </li><li>Ability to be exposed to alcohol, smoke, bright lights, and noise. </li><li>Ability to walk up and down 31 stairs to the Casino floor. </li></ul> <p>What We Offer</p> <p>Perks We Offer You</p> <ul> <li>Comprehensive group health benefits for full-time and part-time Team Members and their eligible dependents.
