In this role, you will own the end-to-end execution, measurement, optimization, and daily scaling of paid media initiatives, ensuring maximum return on investment across multiple platforms. You will launch and refine campaigns, continuously analyze performance data to drive strategic improvements, test creatives, audiences, and formats to unlock growth opportunities, and implement robust tracking frameworks (UTMs, pixels, and conversion tracking) to guarantee accurate attribution. Your impact will be directly tied to revenue growth, operational efficiency, and data-driven decision-making, delivering clear, actionable insights while thriving in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment with a mindset of continuous optimization and measurable results.</p> <p>Skills and Experience</p> <ul> <li>4+ years of proven experience managing and scaling performance marketing campaigns for eCommerce brands. </li><li>Advanced expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads, with solid experience in TikTok Ads. </li><li>Strong analytical mindset with deep knowledge of tracking, web analytics, and conversion optimization. </li><li>Demonstrated ability to structure, test, and scale campaigns through data-driven experimentation. </li><li>Detail-oriented, results-driven professional with experience working in fast-paced, deadline-focused environments. </li></ul> <p>Our passion for shaping the next era of media includes investing in our employees to help them do their best work, and we're just as committed to employee growth as we are to responsible media investment.
