<p>Job Title: CMM Programmer - 2nd Shift (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM)</p> <p>Job Type: Temp To Full-time Hire</p> <p>Overview:</p> <p>We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CMM Programmer to join our quality team on the 2nd shift (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM). This full-time role involves programming and operating Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMMs) to perform highly accurate inspections of precision parts and assemblies in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Program and operate Zeiss Contura 5-axis CMM using Calypso software and Mitutoyo Crysta Plus M CMM, preferably using PC-DMIS.</p> </li><li> <p>Perform first-article, in-process, and final inspections to ensure product compliance with engineering specifications.</p> </li><li> <p>Interpret complex engineering drawings and GD&T to determine inspection criteria.</p> </li><li> <p>Document and report inspection results clearly and accurately for quality assurance records.</p> </li><li> <p>Work closely with engineering and manufacturing teams to investigate and resolve quality-related issues.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain calibration and upkeep of CMM equipment and associated measuring tools.</p> </li><li> <p>Contribute to continuous improvement efforts related to inspection processes and quality systems.</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Proven experience in CMM programming and operation (Calypso and/or PC-DMIS).</p> </li><li> <p>Strong knowledge of GD&T and mechanical drawing interpretation.</p> </li><li> <p>Hands-on experience with Zeiss and Mitutoyo CMMs strongly preferred.</p> </li><li> <p>Background in a high-precision manufacturing or quality assurance environment is a plus.</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.</p> </li></ul> <p>Benefits:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Competitive compensation</p> </li><li> <p>Health, dental, and vision insurance</p> </li><li> <p>401(k) with company match</p> </li><li> <p>Paid time off and holidays</p> </li><li> <p>Opportunities for growth and development</p> </li></ul> <p>After you have applied, download our Staffmark Group WorkNOW App to receive real-time job offers and apply for additional opportunities.
