We believe that high-performing teams drive groundbreaking medical discoveries and invite all applicants to join us and experience what it means to be part of Mass General Brigham.</p> <p>Schedule: Rotating shifts, 10 AM-7 PM or 12 PM-8 PM, 2 days per week (Per Diem).</p> <p>Job Summary</p> <p>Responsible for supporting the efficient functioning of clinic facilities and ensuring the smooth flow of patient care working closely with healthcare professionals, administrative staff, and patients to provide exceptional service and maintain a positive patient experience.</p> <p>Does this position require Patient Care? Yes</p> <p>Essential Functions:</p> <ul> <li>Assist patients with registration, appointment scheduling, and provide general information about the facility's services and procedures. </li><li>Address patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and empathetic manner. </li><li>Perform various administrative duties, including maintaining patient records, updating databases, and managing documentation related to patient admissions, discharges, and transfers. </li><li>Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of patient information. </li><li>Schedule patient appointments, coordinate with healthcare providers, and manage appointment calendars. </li><li>Notify patients of any changes or cancellations and reschedule as necessary. </li><li>Monitor and manage the flow of patients within the facility, ensuring efficient utilization of resources and minimizing waiting times. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Education High School Diploma or Equivalent required Can this role accept experience in lieu of a degree?
