Yes</p> <p>Essential Functions:</p> <ul> <li>Assist patients with registration, appointment scheduling, and provide general information about the facility's services and procedures. </li><li>Address patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and empathetic manner. </li><li>Perform various administrative duties, including maintaining patient records, updating databases, and managing documentation related to patient admissions, discharges, and transfers. </li><li>Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of patient information. </li><li>Schedule patient appointments, coordinate with healthcare providers, and manage appointment calendars. </li><li>Notify patients of any changes or cancellations and reschedule as necessary. </li><li>Monitor and manage the flow of patients within the facility, ensuring efficient utilization of resources and minimizing waiting times. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Education High School Diploma or Equivalent required Can this role accept experience in lieu of a degree?
