<p>This Opportunity</p> <p>WSP is currently initiating a search for a Stormwater Planning Team Lead for our Mid- Atlantic Earth and Environment team. The candidate will be a part of a growing organization that meets our client's objectives and solves their challenges.</p> <p>Your Impact</p> <ul> <li>Serve as Client Account Manager for several Municipal Stormwater Clients </li><li>Work closely with our Engineering Team to help deliver comprehensive solutions to our clients. </li><li>Operational Management for 6 staff </li><li>Develop business through developing client relationships. </li><li>Respond to requests for proposals and assemble project teams to meet client needs. </li><li>Successfully manage task-order based term contracts (scope, schedule, budget, profit, cash flow, client satisfaction, repeat work, etc.). </li></ul> <p>Who You Are</p> <p>Required Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in planning, engineering, political science, public administration, environmental science, or natural resource management. </li><li>10+ years of relevant experience. </li><li>Experience leading a team. </li><li>Solid project management experience including scheduling, budgeting, resource management, profit, cash flow, and client relations. </li><li>Demonstrated experience/familiarity with federal/state water quality (TMDLs, Chesapeake Bay, NPDES, MS4) and flood control programs. </li><li>Excellent written and oral communication skills. </li><li>Demonstrated experience with group facilitation. </li><li>Experience with strategic planning. </li><li>Marketing experience and willingness to develop a long-term client base. </li><li>CFM certification. </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Master's degree in planning, engineering, political science, public administration, environmental science, or natural resource management. </li></ul> <p>#LI-GD1</p>
