This is because we celebrate the diversity of thought, the richness of the human experience and the desire to reflect the communities we serve.</p> <p>Summary</p> <p>Performs a wide variety of janitorial and custodial tasks in contracted public buildings ensuring quality standards are met.</p> <p>Duties and Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Performs a wide variety of cleaning tasks to include, but not be limited to: sweeping, mopping, dust mopping, spot cleaning, trash collection and removal, vacuuming, dusting, emptying and cleaning ash trays, restroom cleaning and floor maintenance such as stripping and waxing, etc. </li><li>Ensures that equipment used in the performance of all duties is maintained in a clean and operable condition. Reports any problems with equipment to Custodial Project Manager/Production Manager - SGE & Retail Custodial in a timely manner. </li><li>Performs other duties as assigned by Custodial Project Manager/Production Manager - SGE & Retail Custodial to include, but not be limited to: snow removal, grass cutting, etc. </li><li>Promotes an environment of workplace safety. Assures that duties are performed in a safe manner and safety requirements are adhered to. </li><li>Communicates progress, problems, and concerns to the Custodial Project Manager/Production Manager - SGE & Retail Custodial. </li></ul>
