These include the Beacon Award of Excellence at both Iowa Methodist Medical Center and Iowa Lutheran Hospital and the Best Hospital/Healthcare System and Best Company to Work For by readers of the Des Moines Business Record.</p> <p>General</p> <ul> <li>Established team of 3 physicians and 2 Advanced Practitioners </li><li>Established practice serving the Des Moines community </li><li>Opportunity to practice medicine in an established and well-known facility </li><li>Cohesive group of colleagues and supportive staff allowing for autonomy while building the practice according to your preferences </li><li>Experienced staff, both clinical and non-clinical, who know the patients and the community </li><li>Full-time position, including dedicated administrative time, with flexible scheduling to ensure sufficient patient access </li><li>24/7 hospitalist program is responsible for adult and pediatric inpatients </li><li>Fully integrated system with clinics and hospitals on EPIC EMR to improve care coordination </li></ul> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Shared call amongst the providers.
