<p>What to Expect</p> <p>The Associate Manager, New Site Openings, Semi Service leads a team of Specialists responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing Tesla's new Semi Service launches. This role ensures consistency, efficiency, and scalability in all site opening operations, while acting as the primary escalation point for blockers and cross-functional alignment. The ideal candidate has strong leadership capabilities, a strategic mindset, and the ability to inspire and guide a high-performing team across a wide geographic footprint.
