This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on with email marketing platforms, knows how to interpret performance data, and can translate insights into clear recommendations for leadership. The Digital Marketing Manager will execute day-to-day email operations, maintain best practices, and help drive stronger audience engagement and revenue results.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <p>Manage end-to-end email campaign execution, including audience segmentation, content setup, QA, scheduling, and deployment. Maintain and optimize automated email workflows, nurture journeys, and triggered campaigns. Monitor campaign performance and platform analytics, identifying trends, anomalies, and opportunities for growth. Produce regular reporting dashboards and present findings, insights, and recommendations to leadership in a clear, concise manner. Collaborate with internal stakeholders (marketing, sales, customer service, product, etc.) to support business goals through targeted email communications. Ensure all emails follow brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and deliverability best practices. Manage and maintain email lists, including hygiene, preference centers, and compliance with CAN-SPAM and other email regulations. Support A/B and multivariate testing strategies to drive improvement in open rates, click-throughs, conversions, and customer retention. Stay current on email marketing trends, industry benchmarks, and emerging platform features.</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>5+ years of hands-on experience managing email marketing campaigns in platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Acquia, or similar. Strong understanding of email metrics (open rate, CTR, CTOR, conversion rate, deliverability, etc.) and the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Strong understanding of attribution models and how different channels influence customer journeys and conversions. Proven ability to identify and communicate performance trends to senior leadership. Comfortable working with large datasets and exporting, cleaning, or manipulating data for reporting purposes. Experience creating reporting dashboards using platforms such as Google Analytics, TapClicks, or similar tools. Experience with audience segmentation, list management, and automated customer journeys. Solid knowledge of email best practices, CAN-SPAM compliance, and deliverability. Comfortable collaborating across teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously. Strong attention to detail, proofreading skills, and commitment to quality assurance. Basic understanding of HTML for email is a plus. Experience with A/B testing and optimization strategies preferred.
